Vendor Coordination
Curated vendor selection, contracting and day-of management for clients planning it themselves.
If you have already chosen your venue and vendors, this service protects you on the day. We take over communication, timing and problem-solving so no one calls you with a question during your own event.
What this includes
- Vendor vetting and reference checks before you pay a deposit
- Contract review, deliverable checklists and payment-schedule tracking
- Master timeline shared with every vendor, plus a pre-event alignment call
- Load-in and load-out scheduling with the venue, including power and access rules
- Day-of management: setup supervision, cue calling, vendor meals and breakdown
- Emergency kit, contingency plans and a single point of contact for all vendors
How we work
Our vendor network across Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Enugu, Benin and Port Harcourt has been built over years of live events, so we know who actually shows up on time and who does not. Where you have already booked, we still hold them to a written deliverable list.
This is the most cost-effective way to work with us and the one we recommend to couples and families who enjoy the planning but do not want to be on the phone in their outfit an hour before guests arrive.
